MORE ABOUT THE SCORING SYSTEM 

The OET test results are based on a scale of 0-500 for the four sections of language skills – Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. The OET results are valid for two years. 

The OET exam results are reported using a numerical scoring system from 0-500. These individual section scores are then mapped to OET grades from A to E. C+ is the minimum passing grade for many countries. OET scores of 350 or higher in each section are required by many registration authorities as proof of English language proficiency.
